Orange County Shutters, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that its Orange County Shutters product. Properly installed and maintained in the window or door for which it was made in a residential dwelling. Will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the shutters from the date of sale to the original purchaser. Orange County Shutters also includes a 10 year limited warranty on color fastness of the paints and 2 years on stained shutter products.
This warranty does not include any conditions or damages resulting from accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, misapplication, exposure to the elements, fire, flood, or other acts of God, improper maintenance, or failure to follow use and care instructions. And damage to the shutters caused by settlement or structural defects of the building in which they are installed. Orange County Shutters, Inc. will not be liable for damage or loss to other property. This warranty does not apply to conditions characteristic to the product caused by normal wear and tear upon the product.
Minor imperfections that are not noticeable from a distance of 5 feet away under ordinary lighting conditions are not considered defects. We reserve the right to inspect products prior to any repair or remake. Non-defective or altered products will be returned without credit issued or repairs made. Orange County Shutters will not be responsible for any repairs by another party. Wood is a natural product, due to variations in wood grain and the manner in which wood accepts finishes, your final product may vary slightly from the sample. This warranty does not imply automatic replacement of any product. Orange County Shutters reserves the right to repair or replace any product at our own discretion. Orange County Shutters reserves the right to make changes and improvements in our products that may differ from products previously manufactured.
